"Jaz has been a great support, I felt nervous when I started, but he was very patient and I would not have got to this level without him. Thank you."
“I just don’t want to cause any more damage”
“Every time I ride it hurts”
“I’ve had this so long it must be serious”
It doesn’t have to be this way. A thorough assessment of any issue can show the way forward, enabling you to choose treatment, make a plan and confidently get back to being you, doing the things you love.

"After a nerve injury in my neck, I decided to go see Jasper. I was in constant pain, day and night, from my neck to hand. The exercices, the tips and the osteopatic manipulations helped me massively!! He helped me to go through the healing with a positive attitude and work with the body to get better."

"I came to Jasper after I damaging my Achilles during the Atlas mountain bicycle race, over use and a poor position left me unable to ride my bike without a lot of discomfort. I’ve been rehabbing for just over 2 months and my leg already feels like normal again, through a series of stretching and resistance training I can now start to build strength and cycle again."

"Couldn't be happier, went to see Jasper with a climbing related injury, now I'm back to full health, and even fitter than before, plus I've learnt so much about how to look after myself from just a handful of sessions."

"I also recently broke my wrist and had surgery and it was very reassuring to know Jasper would be there to support my recovery - he has been fantastic with my rehab and my wrist is now almost back to normal. Most importantly, Jasper always takes the time to listen and consider a holistic view, tailoring the treatment to my specific needs."

"Jaz has been awesome. I came 6 months ago with an injured knee. I'm a keen footballer and getting back to full fitness speedily and correctly was very important to me. Jaz immediately diagnosed the injury as an MCL tear/sprain and started a realistic recovery plan. I am now back playing football with no knee issues. "
